This past August, Sportrock Climbing Guides Director Sean returned to the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan, working with a team of 4 Pakistani women taking Single Pitch Instructor exam and non-profit Ascend Athletics. Now they are running climbing trips for young girls in the region, providing a women-led space to explore climbing without depending on foreign guides.
