WELCOME TO THE SPORTROCK COMMUNITY!

As the Director of Membership, I would like to personally welcome you to our climbing community! Since 1994, we have offered climbers of all abilities a place to learn, grow, and develop their climbing skills. We pride ourselves on being a supportive and educational community, and hope that you enjoy being part of the Sportrock family.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGE REQUESTS

  • Sportrock does not accept phone, in-person, or faxed requests. This is to ensure that your change request has been processed and that both you and Sportrock have documentation of the request.

  • Any requests must be submitted prior to the 1st of the month in which the change request is to take effect. For example, if you would like to freeze your account for January 1st, the change request must be submitted by December 31st.

  • Sportrock does not accept late requests and cannot make situational exceptions. Any request received on the 1st or after will be processed for the following billing cycle.

  • All requests will be confirmed via email within 72 hours of the request. If you do not receive a confirmation, we have not received your request and it will not be processed.

  • Please ensure that your contact information on file is kept updated.
