MEMBERSHIP CHANGE REQUESTS

To submit a change request for your membership, please complete our Membership Change Request Form or send an inquiry to membership@sportrock.com. Please include your name, member number, or birthdate, and a reason for cancellation (if you would like to share).

Sportrock does not accept phone, in-person, or faxed requests. This is to ensure that your change request has been processed and that both you and Sportrock have documentation of the request.

Any requests must be submitted prior to the 1st of the month in which the change request is to take effect. For example, if you would like to freeze your account for January 1st, the change request must be submitted by December 31st.

Sportrock does not accept late requests and cannot make situational exceptions. Any request received on the 1st or after will be processed for the following billing cycle.

All requests will be confirmed via email within 72 hours of the request. If you do not receive a confirmation, we have not received your request and it will not be processed.
