Personal Training
Are you looking for a personal coach to help you reach your fitness goals? At Sportrock, our Certified Personal Trainers can work with you in a variety of areas such as weightlifting, conditioning, calisthenics, and more! They'll help you improve your strength, endurance, mobility, and balance, all of which will improve your skills on the wall.
Private instruction sessions are 60 minutes long and extra class time can be purchased.
Climbing Coaching
You can also split your private instruction with a few climbing buddies if you prefer. Please note that this does mean less individualized instruction as the training time does not increase per additional person.

Private Lead Class
Required Certification: Top Rope Belay
Recommended Grade Level: 5.9
Ready to graduate from top roping but your schedule isn't working out with our lead classes or maybe you prefer more individualized instruction? You can take a private lead climbing class.
This is two 2 hour classes, preferably for 2 consecutive weeks or less (we recommend no more than a 1-week gap between classes).
In order to schedule private lead lessons, we require at least two participants. If you are a single participant, you must bring an already lead certified climber to be your partner for the lesson. Anyone already lead certified does not have to pay for the lesson.
