No partner, no gear - no problem! Bouldering is one of the most accessible ways to climb at the gym and best for all skill levels.
In this class you will cover foundational climbing movement, giving you a technical base and setting you up for success! You will also learn how to build a basic bouldering workout designed to help you progress. The class will cover climbing terminology, footwork and hand placement techniques. The class concludes by doing a bouldering workout and running through it together!
