Climbing Techniques
Climbing Technique is a 2-hour class designed for beginner to intermediate climbers looking to build a strong foundation in movement and climbing efficiency. You will learn essential bouldering skills including footwork, body positioning, route reading, movement strategies and falling technique through guided instruction and hands-on practice. By the end of the session, climbers will have the tools to climb more confidently, move more efficiently, and structure their own intentional training sessions. No prior experience is required.
