Jackson Wooldridge

Jackson has grown up in the Sportrock community since he began climbing with us in 2007. He officially joined the Sportrock team as a Personal Trainer in 2021 and has been providing Sportrockers with weightlifting, calisthenics, and high intensity interval training for over three years. He teaches a weekly HIIT class and offers personalized 1-on-1 training sessions, helping clients improve their climbing and achieve their overall fitness goals.

Bing is a Certified Personal Trainer who speaks English, Mandarin, and Spanish, connecting with a wide range of athletes. With over 10 years of outdoor experience and a passion for climbing, she brings energy and expertise to the Sportrock community. She teaches a weekly HIIT class and helps clients build strength, endurance, and confidence, while striving to bring health to each individual in a supportive and motivating environment.

Cheyenne Siangas-Lopez
Sterling
Cheyenne has personal training since 2019 and holds a certification from NCSF. Her fitness journey started at the University of Maryland with a focus on powerlifting, while also drawing from over 13 years of experience in mixed martial arts and a background in competitive field hockey. Today, she's an avid runner and climber, and brings a well-rounded approach to training that blends strength, endurance, and athleticism.

Karen is committed to continued learning, collaboration with health professionals, and supporting communities like UpENDing Parkinson’s and the Inova Parkinson’s Movement Disorder Center

Dolly is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Insight Yoga Institute endorsed teacher with over 1,500 hours of yoga and pilates training. She is passionate about wellness and guiding clients through a balanced experience of body, heart and mind. She currently instructs group yoga classes at Sportrock Rio and aspires to provide the opportunity for practitioners to deepen their practice through private instruction as well. She is also fluent in Mandarin, Chinese.

Brittany is a multi-disciplinary coach specializing in strength, mobility, recovery, yoga, meditation, and Muay Thai training. She's a Certified Personal Trainer and has earned a Thai Stretch Specialization. Brittany helps clients build strength, move better, and train with purpose to improve performance, longevity, and overall wellness. She also has 500+ hours of yoga instruction and 12+ amateur Muay Thai fights under her belt!

She has competed in everything from 5Ks to full marathons, bringing that same endurance mindset to her weekly HIIT and yoga classes. Samantha specializes in blending high-intensity performance with mindful recovery and is excited to help her clients build the strength and stamina to crush their fitness goals.

Amber Smith

Amber has been involved in climbing since 2020 and with Sportrock since 2023 as an instructor, routesetter, staff member, and counselor. At JMU, she served as the Climbing Club President, manager, and routesetter, competed at 2025 USA Collegiate Climbing Nationals, and spoke at the 2024 AORE conference in New Orleans, featured on the Advancing the Outdoor Professional podcast. She also helped connect JMU Club Climbing with The Center for Hand and Physical Therapy to introduce Parkinson’s, stroke, and amputee patients to climbing. Amber holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and is pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has athletic training experience, teaches yoga, and coaches diverse populations through holistic movement training.

Jen is a lifelong athlete and adventure sports enthusiast, with over 20 years of professional training experience and certifications from AFAA & ACE. Jen has specialties in sports nutrition, functional fitness, and programs that incorporate strength, agility, flexibility, and overall awareness and wellbeing, and she understands the varying nutritional and training needs of kids, parents, seniors, and clients with special needs. Jen will help design a program that supports your goals, teaches proper form, and builds your muscle-mind connection. If you have a fitness goal, Jen has the answer!
