Jackson has grown up in the Sportrock community since he began climbing with us in 2007. He officially joined the Sportrock team as a Personal Trainer in 2021 and has been providing Sportrockers with weightlifting, calisthenics, and high intensity interval training for over three years. He teaches a weekly HIIT class and offers personalized 1-on-1 training sessions, helping clients improve their climbing and achieve their overall fitness goals. ​

Theresa is a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for strength training to support lifelong functional fitness. She has experience coaching various age groups and fitness goals, and loves creating personalized programs tailored to her client’s needs. Her focus is always centered around helping clients feel empowered and confident in the gym.​

Bing is a Certified Personal Trainer who speaks English, Mandarin, and Spanish, connecting with a wide range of athletes. With over 10 years of outdoor experience and a passion for climbing, she brings energy and expertise to the Sportrock community. She teaches a weekly HIIT class and helps clients build strength, endurance, and confidence, while striving to bring health to each individual in a supportive and motivating environment.

Cheyenne has personal training since 2019 and holds a certification from NCSF. Her fitness journey started at the University of Maryland with a focus on powerlifting, while also drawing from over 13 years of experience in mixed martial arts and a background in competitive field hockey. Today, she's an avid runner and climber, and brings a well-rounded approach to training that blends strength, endurance, and athleticism.

Karen has over 30 years of experience in the fitness and adventure sports industries as an athlete, coach, instructor, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She draws upon both professional expertise and personal experience recovering from injuries to help clients train smarter, build resilience, and reach their fitness goals. Outside the gym, she’s an avid soccer player, mountain explorer, and SCUBA diver. Karen is committed to continued learning, collaboration with health professionals, and supporting communities like UpENDing Parkinson’s and the Inova Parkinson’s Movement Disorder Center

Sam has been a Certified Personal Trainer at Sportrock since September of 2025. Prior to training at Sportrock, Sam realized his passion in helping people reach their fitness goals through coaching soccer. He has since branched into strength training and exercise science to broaden his coaching expertise.
